民办院校英语专业人才培养方案改革创新研究——以陕西国际商贸学院为例

English Professional Personnel Training Program Reform and Innovation Research in Private Universities——Take Shaanxi Institute of International Trade & Commerce as an example

随着社会经济的发展,社会对人才提出了更高的要求。民办学校的特殊性,决定了要想在市场经济大潮中获得更好的发展,就要将教学和就业充分地结合起来。笔者回顾了我国民办院校英语专业人才的培养的状况,并结合自身的教学实践对我国民办院校英语专业人才培养方案提出了一些自己的观点和看法,以期望为提高我院乃至民办院校英语专业学生的就业力和就业率作出自己的微薄贡献。

With the social and economic development,the society has put forward higher requirements for talent.The particularity of private schools,decided in order to get better in the market economy development,is necessary to fully combine education and employment.The author reviews the status of private universities in China English training of professionals,and the author,based on their own teaching practice of private universities in English professional personnel training programs made some of their own views and opinions,and to expect to improve our hospital even Private Hospitals school English majors employment force and the employment rate to make its own modest contribution.
