发达国家普惠性学前教育对我国普惠性幼儿园的启示

国外许多发达国家已将学前教育列为公益性和准公益性公共事业。在我国,学前教育作为准公益事业的水平较低,存在的问题也较多。各级政府大力建设以普惠性公办幼儿园为主的各类幼儿园,确保学前教育的普惠性,成就巨大,但问题也很突出。和国外发达国家相比,国外发达国家关于"普惠性"的学前教育对我国当前解决"入园难、入园贵"问题以及如何创建"普惠园"等有重大借鉴意义。

Many foreign developed countries already will preschool education as public welfare and public quasi commonweal career.In our country,the preschool education as a quasi public welfare level is low,have a lot of problems.Governments at all levels to construction with common benefit public kindergarten primarily all kinds of nursery school,ensure that preschool education of common benefit,a great achievement,but the problem is also very prominent.And foreign developed countries,developed countries abroad about ＂common benefit＂ preschool education in our country at present to solve the ＂ into the garden difficult,into the garden expensive＂ problems and how to create ＂common benefit kindergarten＂ and so on have great meaning.
