摘要
某厂的精轧机增速箱安装了3个振动测点,增速箱1#端振动峰值已超过600μm,峰值还有明显的上升趋势,自相关图有明显的等时间间隔存在,所对应的频率18.519Hz,与已知的II轴轴承162250X的保持架旋转频率(18.592Hz)相接近。时域波形有明显的冲击信号,从频域图看出162250X轴承的保持架旋转频率的幅值达到23.128m/s2,并伴有倍频成分,说明增速箱有故障隐患出现。振动趋势仍然继续上升,建议开箱进行检查1#增速箱II轴的轴承。拆箱发现二轴轴承和阻尼垫片损坏,验证了轴承故障诊断的正确性。
Three vibration sensors, mounted on the finishing mill gearbox, reveal that speed-increasing box 1 # end vibration peak value has exceeded 600, the peak is obviously on the rise, autocorrelation plot has obvious time interval, corresponding to the frequency of 18. 519Hz, which is similar to the known Ⅱ shaft bearing 162250X holder rotating frequency (18. 592Hz). Time domain waveform has obvious impact signal from the frequency chart, and 162250X bearing holder rotating frequency amplitude is found to reach 23. 128, accompanied with a frequency component. Vibration trend is found to rise continuously. After opening the gear box, box 1 # gearbox Ⅱ shaft bearing are found broken. The result shows the correctness of bearing fault diagnosis.
