硬齿面齿轮电火花跑合加工的研究

摘要 为了探求一种经济、高效、适合大批量生产的硬齿面齿轮精整加工新工艺,将齿轮啮合原理与电火花跑合理论相结合,通过对齿轮工件利用电火花跑合工艺提高加工精度的可行性分析,归纳并提出了改善加工精度的三条原理,为提高硬齿面齿轮加工精度提供了一条新的途径。 Limited by processing equipment and technical level of hot treatment, processing precision of hardened gear does not reach national standards. To search for more economic, more efficient and new processing technology to meet the requirement of mass production of hardened gears, gear matching principle and electric spark running-in theory are combined. Through feasibility analysis of improving the machining precision with electric spark running-in process, three principles are deducted and put forward to improve processing precision, thus providing a new way to processing precision of hard surface gears.
