广州市政府通过实施"限购令",两年来已经取得了群众支持和理解并有效地在一定程度上稳定了房价、控制了投机购房,但是也存在着宣传力度不够、政策时限较短、房地中介公司投机和差别化信贷不完善的问题。应通过扩大宣传力度、加强监管、延长时限、扩大投资教育、抑制不合理需求等多种措施配合改进,以使限购政策取得更好的实施效果。

To curb the soaring price and speculating purchase of flats, the national policy to limit estate investment becomes the mission of the local government. Guangzhou municipal government controls the housing price to certain extent in two years, through the implementation of the policy. To implement the policy to better results, more measures should be taken to enforce publicity and supervision, prolong limit period, increase investment education and check irrational purchase.
