师德建设是高职院校教师队伍建设的关键，也是高职院校得以发展的基础。新时期高职院校的师德建设有待进一步加强和改进。师德建设关键在于提升教师的职业道德与责任心，同时加强制度建设。结合高职教育特点，在工学结合过程中融入师德教育，提升教师专业实践能力。通过构建师生互动积极向上的校园环境，开展高职教育师德建设新要求研究。
