摘要
为探寻实施人才培养创新教育的有效路径，从高职教育自制教具培养学生创新能力的必要性及遵循原则为切入点。文章分析了高职机械类专业自制教具培养学生创新能力的实践过程，并对加强高职教育自制教具培养学生创新能力提出建议。
To explore effective path to implement innovative education personnel training, vocational education making tea- ching aid needs to develop students＇ ability to innovate and follow the principles as a starting point, vocational machinery the professional training creative ability making teaching aid practice and make recommendations to strengthen the vocational education making teaching aid to develop students＇ innovative ability.
