Some Thoughts on Physician Professionalism Construction

医师职业精神伴随着社会经济和医学科学的发展向前推进并处于不断完善之中，它不可避免地受到社会经济发展的制约和道德文化水平的影响，因此它的建设是长期、艰巨和反复的，需要抱以平和的心态和包容的胸怀去对待。任何突击建设甚至急功近利的做法都是不可取的。

Physicians＇ professionalism has been under constant construction and refinement along with the development of socio-economic and medical science. It inevitably subjects to the constraints of the socio-economic development and the mor- al and cultural impact. Therefore the process of its construction is lasting, arduous and repeated, and needs to be treated with a take-it-easy and tolerant mind. Any assault conslruetion or even utilitarian approach are undesirable.
