摘要
本文主要论述护生在临床实习中职业防护方面存在的问题及采取的对应策略，随着医学模式的转变，整体护理的逐步实施，以及以人为本的理念不断推进，在为患者实施人性化护理的同时，对护理人员本身也必须进行人性关怀。
This paper mainly discusses the nursing students in clinical practice in occupation protection problems and take corresponding strategies, with the transformation of medical model, the overall care of the gradual implementation and the concept of people-oriented, and constantly advancing, in the implementation of humanistic nursing for patients, at the same time, the nursing staff itself must be humanistic care.
