摘要
对浙江协和首信钢业有限公司1 150 mm六辊可逆冷轧机机架做了有限元分析。重点分析了机架横梁和立柱的强度和刚度,结果表明,该机架完全可以满足生产要求,为六辊轧机的深入研究提供了可靠的依据。
Finite element analysis has been carried out on 1 150 mm six rolls reversible cold rolling mill standing for Zhejiang Concord Shouxin Steel Industry Co. , Ltd. Meanwhile, strength and stiffness of the standing crossbeam and vertical shaft have been analyzed in detail. The result showed that this standing completely could meet production requirement, which provided reliable basis for further study on six roils roiling mill.
