摘要
介绍了1例使用血液灌流治疗拉米夫定阿德福韦酯过敏致大疱性表皮松解型药疹患者的护理体会。针对患者病情制定个性化的护理措施,做好治疗前、治疗中及治疗后的护理,20 d后患者创面修复。
This is a case report about nursing experience, which introduced hemoperfusion treating drug-induced bullosa epidemlolysis caused by lamivudine and adefovir dipivoxil. Based on the patient＇s situation, individualized nursing interventions in all stages of treatment. Lesion repaired in 20 days.
