低效教学会降低高职院校的人才培养质量。如何提升教学实效已经成为当前很多高职院校面临的重要课题。低效教学的成因是多方面的,因而提高教学实效的对策应是系统性的。具体而言,办学要坚持市场导向,教师要改进教学观念和技能,学生需要被激发出强烈的学习动机并获得有效的学习策略。

How to improve the teaching effectiveness has become one important issue lots of higher voca- tional colleges are confronting with at present. The problem of ineffective teaching has many factors, so the countermeasures to improve teaching effectiveness should be systematic. Specifically, the school administration should stick to the market guidance, the teachers should improve their teaching ideas and skills and the students should be imbued with intense studying motive and obtain effective studying strategies.
