建构“四位一体”高职院校特色校园文化的探索

The Exploration on Fostering the Distinctive Campus Culture of Four-in-One in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校校园文化建设是推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣、建设社会主义文化强国的重要组成部分。从阐释高职院校校园文化建设的战略意义入手,分析当前高职院校校园文化建设存在的共性问题,提出了以结合社会文化、地接地域文化、传承传统文化、融通企业文化为关键,以引领文化发展、满足师生需求、体现院校品味、增强院校发展内驱力为重点的"四位一体"高职院校特色校园文化的路径设计。

This paper elaborates on the strategic significance of fostering the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges, analyses the common problems existing in the current campus culture development and puts forward thoughts on fostering the construction of distinctive campus culture of Four-in-One in higher vocational colleges. It advances the ways of constructing the distinctive campus culture of Four-in One, taking combining the social culture, connecting the region- al culture, inheriting the traditional culture, and integrating the enterprise culture as the key, and taking leading cultural development, meeting teachers＇ and students＇ needs, displaying the college taste and increasing the inner drive force of the college development as the focus.
