摘要
在生产过程中,测量误差的产生会降低控制系统的控制质量。基于THSA-1型过程综合自动化控制系统实验平台,通过调零点误差和调满量程误差等程序,对AI-808型人工智能工业调节仪进行合理的参数设置,可以减小测量误差,提高压力变送器在过程控制系统中的测量质量。
The emergence of measurement error will reduce the control quality of the control sys tem in the production process. Based on the experiment platform of THSA-1 system with comprehen- sive and automatic process control, we can set logical parameters for AI-808 artificial intelligent indus- trial controller through such programs as zero error adjustment and full-scale error adjustment. That will decrease the measurement errors and improve the measurement quality of pressure transmitters in the process control system.
