平面仓储控制系统设计

摘要 机电气一体化系统的智能化、柔性化和自动化是自控领域研究的重点。平面仓储机械结构由料仓、分拣线、机械手、定位入库装置和仓库构成。结合气压传动、PLC控制,构成了典型的机电气一体化系统。该系统在分析平面仓储机械结构的基础上,对气压传动、PLC控制系统进行了详细的设计,将气压传动的优点、PLC强大的控制功能和触摸屏的人机交互、实时监控优势运用在一起。实践结果表明,该系统智能、灵活、稳定、可靠。 The key research in the field of automatic control is the intelligence, flexibility and au- tomation of the mechanical, electrical and pneumatic system. The machinery structure of the flat stor- age consists of a bin, a sorting line, a manipulator, a positioning and a storage device. Combined with pneumatic transmission and PLC control, it constitutes a typical mechanical, electrical and pneumatic system. Based on the analysis on the mechanical structure of the flat storage, the pneumatic transmis- sion system and PLC control system is designed in detail. It integrates the strong points of the pneu- matic transmission, and the powerful control functions of the PLC with the advantages of the human- computer interaction for the touch screen and real-time monitoring.
