摘要
建设"文化旅游发展创新区"是[国发]2号文件给贵州旅游业发展的一大战略定位。建设文化旅游发展创新区,需要创新发展方式,需要一整套创新发展的理念、思路、平台、体制机制、战略规划等方面的支撑。深入全面地理解创新发展的内涵,是建设文化旅游创新区的一个重要方面。从哲学层面上理解创新发展的内涵,可以有几重不同的维度:即主观和客观维度、理论和实践维度、自由和科学维度、时间和空间维度、历史和现实维度。这几重维度构成了全面、辩证和深入理解创新发展内涵的重要的理论视域。
The construction of innovation Zones of culture tourism, as demonstrated in the No.2 Document of the State Council, requires a full set of support concerning idea, thought, platform, mechanism and strategy. A deep comprehension towards the content of innovative development is one of the main aspects in the construction of such zones. Multiple dimensions, including the subjective and objective dimension, the theoretical and practical dimen- sion, the liberal and scientific dimension, the historical and realistic dimension etc., should be in vestigated on the philosophy level.
