摘要 自举式半桥驱动器芯片IR2110应用成功的关键是合理配置自举电路参数,并对IR2110的应用特点有充分的了解。详细介绍了IR2110自举电路的工作原理和应用特点,自举电容等参数的估算方法、以及IR2110的相关保护电路。基于TMS320LF2407A的他励直流电机调速系统实验表明:应用IR2110组成H桥可逆PWM驱动电路,成功实现了他励直流电机软启动与减速制动,具有隔离接口简单、运行稳定可靠等显著特点。还讨论了IR2110自举电路的不足,对采用IR2210的直流电机功率驱动电路设计有很好的参考价值。 Reasonable configuration of bootstrap circuit parameters and fully understanding of application characteristics of IR2110(bootstrap half-bridge driver chip) are key to applying IR2110 successfully.Therefore,the working principle and application characteristics of bootstrap circuit of IR2110,the method of estimating bootstrap capacitor and other parameters,and the correlative protection circuit of IR2110 are described in detail.The experiments of separately excited dc motor speed control system based on TMS320LF2407A show that: H-bridge reversible PWM power driver based on IR2110 has successfully realized soft start and decelerating braking of separately excited dc motor,with simple isolation interface,stable and reliable operation,and other notable features.The deficiency of bootstrap circuit of IR2110 is also discussed.It has a very good reference value to the design of dc motor power drive circuit based on IR2110.
