摘要
采用两步法合成了3种碱性离子液体催化剂,其中[Bmim]OH催化酯交换合成碳酸二丙酯的性能较好,强碱有利于碳酸二丙酯的生成。在反应温度为130℃,反应时间为3h,催化剂用量为n(催化剂):n(DMC)=0.007:0.1,n(n-PrOH):n(DMC)=4:1的最佳反应条件下,碳酸二丙酯收率为11.4%,且重复性良好,催化剂经多次使用后性能基本稳定。
Three basic ion liquids were synthesized by two-step method.Among then,[Bmim]OH showed the best catalytic performance for synthesis of dipropyl carbonate(DPC) via transesterification,suggesting that stronger base is benefit for producing DPC.The yield of DPC achieved 11.4%under the optimized reaction conditions of reaction temperature 130℃,reaction time 3h,n(n-PrOH):n(DMC)=4:1,and n(catalyst):n(DMC)=0.007:0.1.The reaction was of good repeatability and the catalytic performance of catalyst kept stable after being reused several times.
