摘要
按照美国制定的离析判定标准,以通平高速上面层SMA—13为依托,设计不同离析程度的级配曲线,然后按照设计级配成型马歇尔试件,探讨不同程度的级配离析对SMA马歇尔试件体积参数的影响。并在试验数据的基础上,提出了不同程度的级配离析评价标准。为了在实体工程中能快速、准确的判定离析出现的程度和部位,采用压实度评价指标作为现场检测评价离析的标准。最后利用无核密度仪对通平高速上面层SMA-13施工进行离析分析,并将分析结果指导施工。
This paper designs grading curve of the different degrees of segregation,with the segregation standard made by USA and relying on TongPing high way.Then doing Marshall test with the designing curve.Then we get the date of the effect of segregation on the volume indicator and bring up a standard of evaluating the segregation level of SMA.In order to determine the extent and location of segregation appears quickly and accurately,the paper bring up a standard of evaluating the segregationg level with compactness.At last,the paper analysis the segregation of theTongPing highway with the standard and PQI.
