高速公路的施工组织方案是指导整个项目建设过程、合理安排部署施工生产的重要经济文件,其有效性是工程项目建设的有力保证。随着施工企业面临的因素越来越多,环境逐渐变为复杂,高速公路项目对施工组织方案的要求也越来越高。从施工组织平面布置、进度计划以及施工组织措施三个角度构建了高速公路施工组织方案设计比选的指标体系,并运用灰色层次分析模型来对高速公路施工组织方案进行比选研究。

Highway construction organization scheme is an important economic file,which guides the whole project construction process and arrange the construction production reasonably.The file＇s effectiveness is a powerful guarantee for the project construction.Along with facing more and more factors,the environment gradually becomes complicated and the request of construction organization scheme is more high.This article constructs the selected evaluation index system from three angles such as the construction organization plan layout,progress plan and construction organization measures.Last,using the grey AHP analysis model compares and selects the highway construction organization scheme.
