摘要
实仓通风降温的试验表明:通过仓内风网的改造,与离心风机通风降温相比,利用小功率轴流风机能够在一个通风周期粮食水分减量少损失0.1%~0.2%,单位能耗降低了0.01 kW.h/℃.t以上,达到减少粮食水分损失和降低单位通风能耗的目的。同时,通风口改进后,气密性更好,固定轴流风机操作更简单。
The ventilation cooling tests of the warehouses showed that: with the transformation of the wind network, compared with the ventilation cooling of centrifugal fan, the use of small power axial fan in a ventilation cycle can reduce grain moisture loss of 0.1 to 0.2%, reduce unit energy consumption 0.01 kW-h/℃. t or more, achieve the purpose of reducing grain moisture loss and energy consumption of the unit ventilation. And after the vents improved, air tightness better, the operation of fixed axial fan easier.
