LIU Shao-qi and MAO Ze-dong in the Four Clean-ups Movement

四清运动前,毛泽东与刘少奇对一些问题的看法存在分歧,随着四清运动的开展,两人的矛盾也逐渐增多并公开化,这些分歧对毛泽东的思想变化、刘少奇的命运以及后来社会主义的进程都产生了重大的影响,成为"文革"的一个重要诱因。

Before the Four Clean-ups Movement started, MAO Ze-dong and LIU Shao-qi had different ideas upon some issues. With the development of the movement, their arguments were deeper and open. Those disagreements had great influence upon MAO Ze-dong＇ s chan- ging in ideas, LIU shao-qi＇ s later fate, as well as the later process of socialism, which also was a cause for the culture revolution.
