摘要
讨论了电子激发态的紫外光催化反应和振动激发态的红外激光促进表面反应的机理 ,研究了不同机理中光能的转化与传递、利用与损失 ,并总结了不同反应时表面材料的选择原则。认为 :在紫外光表面催化反应中 ,表面材料的选择主要应考虑其禁带宽度和能带缘的位置 ;而在红外光表面催化反应中 ,选择表面材料时应主要考虑其受激表面键的振频。另外 ,两种不同反应中 。
This paper discusses the mechanisms of UV photocatalytic reaction of the electronic excited state and IR laser stimulated surface reaction of the vibrational excited state.The conversion and transmission、utilization and loss of the light energy in different mechanisms are studied.The principle of surface materials selection in different reactions is summarized. It is pointed out that the band gap and position of valence and conduction band edges is mainly considered in surface materials selection and in UV-photocatalytic surface reactions. Otherwise, in surface materials selection of IR laser stimulated surface reaction, the most important is the vibrational frequency of exited surface bands. The same thing of two different reactions is that the surface materials must absorb reactants.
