摘要
蜀河水电站下闸蓄水形成水库后,由于河道水力条件和水文特性的变化,施工期的洪水预报方案已不能适应水库防洪需要。为了确保大坝工程安全和充分发挥水库在防洪及兴利中的最大效益,做到科学管理,合理调度,最大限度地利用水力资源,特进行入库洪水预报方案研究,并通过"20100719"和"20100724"洪水进行验证,在实时预报作业的基础上不断修正完善,以便在今后的水库调度运用中发挥应有的作用。
The scheme for flood forecast in construction period cannot satisfy requirement on the reservoir flood control after Shuhe Hydropower Station impounds and reservoir is formed because of changes of the riverway hydraulic conditions and hydrological features. To assure the dam safety and have the reservoir fully play well in term of efficiency in aspects of flood control and benefits, management shall be scientific and dispatching shall be reasonable so that water resource can be utilized at maximum. Therefore, scheme for inflow flood forecast is studied and this scheme was verified by floods occurred on July 19, 2010 and July 24, 2010. The scheme is continuously perfected based on the real-time forecast operation so that it can function well in the reservoir dispatching application in the future.
