摘要
按照洪水资源化的观点,根据石泉水电站数十年的防洪特性,提出了利用拦蓄洪尾蓄水增加水库库容、增加发电量的思路,并对目前增高表孔闸门挡水位的2种方式从技术与经济等方面进行了初步探讨,提出了推荐方案。提出了增加石泉水库库容的两种方式,并对其进行了初步讨论。
Based on water resource from flood and the characteristics of flood control of Shiquan Hydropower Station in past years, concept of interception of the tail flood for increase of the storage capacity to improve power generation is raised in this paper. Furthermore, two modes for water retaining through height increase of surface-outlet gate at present are studied initially in terms of technology and economy. The recommended schemes are raised. Two modes for increase of the storage capacity of Shiquan Hydropower Station are provided and initially analyzed.
