摘要
蜀河水电站在工程建设过程中以提高水电站整体经济效益为目标,把造价管理作为工程建设的一个关键环节,在全面推行招投标制、优选承包商的同时,理顺内部管理体制,加强合同管理,减少合同纠纷,有效控制了工程造价,保证了工程质量和工期。
During construction of Shuhe Hydropower Station, improvement of the whole macroeconomic benefit of the Station is taken as a goal and cost contral of the engineering construction is considered as one key point. The internal management system is smoothened an contract management is strengthened so that contract disputes are decreased, engineering cost is controlled effectively and the project quality & construction period are assured while the tendering-bidding system is fully implemented and preferable contractors are chosen.
