阿尔茨海默病患者血清β-淀粉样蛋白和空腹血糖表达水平的临床研究

摘要 目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者血清β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)和空腹血糖(FPG)表达水平。方法随机选取40例AD患者和50名健康人分别作为试验组和对照组,检验其血清Aβ1-40、Aβ1-42和FPG水平。结果与对照组比较,随着AD病情严重程度增加,血清Aβ1-40水平逐渐升高,Aβ1-42水平先升高后降低(P<0.05),FPG表达水平逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论 AD患者血清β-淀粉样蛋白和空腹血糖表达水平的改变,与AD的严重程度有关。 Objective To investigate the level of serum amyloid beta-protein (A) and fasting plasma glu- cose (FPG) in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD). Methods The serum levels of A 40, A 42 and FPG in 40 patients with AD as experimental group and 50 healthy adults as control group were measured and analyzed. Re- sults There were significant differences of the levels of A 40, A 42 and FPG in experimental group compared with control group (P〈0.05), the level of A 40 showed gradual increase, A 42 showed at first increase then decrease with the increase of the severity degree of AD (P〈0.05), and the level of FPG gradually increased with the in- crease of the severity degree of AD (P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum A and FPG are significantly changed in AD, and they are related to severity of the dementia.
