摘要
以4种转基因玉米基因组DNA为研究对象,使用转基因事件特异性引物进行普通PCR及多重PCR扩增,并分别应用普通琼脂糖电泳以及ABI 3730XL、岛津MultiNA、QIAGEN QIAxcel这3种核酸分析仪进行分析,比较了各种检测方法的优缺点。研究结果对不同检测需求的核酸片段大小分析方法提供了重要参考。
Four kinds of genetically modified maize genomic DNA were extracted,using specific primers for PCR and multiplex PCR detection in this study.The PCR products were analyzed respectively by ordinary agarose gel electrophoresis and other three kinds of nucleic acid analyzer ABI 3730XL,Shimadzu MultiNA and QIAGEN QIAxcel.The experimental results were compared and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the detection methods for nucleic acid fragments of different size,which provided an important reference for different analysis requirements.
