头痛宁方联合针刺治疗血虚型偏头痛60例临床观察

Observation of Toutongning recipe combined with acupuncture on migraine with blood deficiency type

目的观察头痛宁方联合针刺治疗血虚型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将120例血虚型偏头痛患者随机分为2组。对照组60例予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,治疗组60例予头痛宁方联合针刺治疗。2组均4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效及头痛积分。结果治疗组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率75.00%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组,且组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后头痛积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组。结论头痛宁方联合针刺治疗血虚型偏头痛疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Toutongning recipe combined with acupuncture on migraine with blood deficiency type.Methods 120 cases of migraine with blood deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups.60 patients in the control group were treated by Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules.Patients in the treatment group were treated by Toutongning recipe combined with acupuncture.The course was four weeks in two groups.Efficacy and migraine integral was analyzed after a course of treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（95.00%） was higher than that in control group（75.00%,P0.05）.There was obvious difference between two groups on migraine integral after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Toutongning recipe combined with acupuncture has definite effect on migraine with blood deficiency.
