农户参与农地流转意愿影响因素的实证分析——以安徽省为例

An Empirical Analysis of the Influencing Factors for Farmers' Will in Farmland Circulation——Based on the Survey in Anhui Province

土地流转是提高农村土地效益、促进农民增收的有效途径。在调查问卷的基础上分析了安徽省农户参与农地流转的现状,并通过对农户的抽样调查对影响农户流转农地意愿的影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明:影响农户转入土地意愿的显著性因子为农业收入、农业劳动人数、是否参加农村社保;影响农户转出土地意愿的显著性因子为农业收入、农业劳动人数、家庭耕地面积、是否参加农村社保;其他因子对农户转入、转出土地意愿均有一定程度的影响,但不显著。

Farmland circulation is a effective way to improve benefit of rural land and promoting increase of farmers＂ income. Based on questionnaire investigation, the status quo of farmers in Anhui province participated in farmland circulation was analyzed, and then a spot check was conducted to farmers in order to analyze the factors influencing farmers＂ will for farmland circulation. The results showed that the significant factors influencing farmers＂ will for intake of farmland were agricultural income, amount of agricultural labour, whether to participate in the rural social security; the significant factors influencing famaers＂ will for transfer out of farmland were agricultural income, amount of agricultural labour, family farmland area, and whether to participate in the rural social security. The other factors had a certain degree of influence on farmers＂ will for intake or transfer out of farmland, but not significant.
