在分析了都市农业发展过程中蔬菜生产功能变化的基础上,阐述了发展观赏蔬菜生产与经营的意义与作用。分析认为,观赏蔬菜的研究与开发是都市菜园生产模式之一,蔬菜种养有可能从农村进入城市,从企业走入家庭,从田间移入阳台;适宜品种选择、设施设备研发、家庭种养、营销模式等关键技术的突破以及服务体系的建设等,是发展都市观赏蔬菜的关键。

By analyzing the function changing of vegetable production in urban agriculture,the paper presented the significance and effectiveness of promoting the production and marketing of ornamental vegetable.And the paper put forwards that the research and development of ornamental vegetable was a production mode of urban agriculture,owing to the possible transformation in vegetable cultivation from country sides into cities,from enterprises into families and from fields to balconies.The breakthroughs in suitable cultivar selection,equipment innovation,cultivation technology optimization,marketing expansion and service system construction and so on were the key points in developing urban ornamental vegetable production.
