大葱伴生栽培对黄瓜根际土壤微生物的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Companion Planting with Chinese Onion on Microorganisms in Rhizosphere Soil of Cucumber

摘要 为了研究大葱伴生栽培对黄瓜土壤微生物的影响,采用大葱伴生栽培嫁接黄瓜,以黄瓜根际土壤为研究对象,测定土壤中真菌、放线菌和细菌的种类和数量。研究结果表明,在结瓜盛期,与对照比大葱伴生栽培的黄瓜土壤中的真菌数量降低了74.11%,放线菌降低了74.12%,细菌降低了65.58%。可见,大葱伴生栽培能有效抑制黄瓜土壤中的真菌、放线菌和细菌的数量增长。 Taking Chinese onion and grafted cucumber as test materials,we studied the effects of companion planting of Chinese onion on soil microorganisms of cucumber by determining species and numbers of fungi,actinomycetes and bacteria in the soil.The results showed that,compared with the control treatment,the numbers of fungi,actinomycetes and bacteria were reduced by 74.11%,74.12% and 65.58% respectively in the soil cultivated cucumber and Chinese onion in the fruiting period of cucumber.So cultivating with Chinese onion could inhibit the quantity growth of fungi,actinomycetes and bacteria effectively in the soil of cucumber.
