几种无基质营养液育苗方法对生菜幼苗的影响

Effects of Different Seedling-raising Methods with Substrate-free Nutrient Solution on Lettuce Seedlings

试验应用6种(T1无纺布+珍珠岩,T2无纺布+播种纸,T3海绵,T4养鱼专用过滤棉,T5白色珍珠棉泡沫,CK珍珠岩)不同育苗材料进行生菜育苗,通过对生菜幼苗的综合生长指标测定,筛选出适合生菜无基质营养液育苗的方式。试验结果表明,T1处理除出苗率稍低于CK处理外,生菜幼苗株高、叶面积、叶片数、地上部干/鲜质量和根冠比都显著高于CK,且达到差异显著水平,幼苗综合生长指标T1处理最好,所以T1处理是适合生菜无基质营养液育苗的方式,而T2、T3、T4、T5处理在本试验条件下不适于生菜的育苗。

In this paper,we applied six kinds of materials（T1： non-woven fabrics＋pearlite,T2： non-woven fabrics＋sowing papers,T3： sponge,T4： special filter cotton for fish breeding,T5： white pearl cotton bubble,control： pearlite） to raise lettuce seedlings,and determined the seedlings＇ comprehensive growth indexes to screen out the most suitable way to raise lettuce seedlings in substrate-free nutrient solution.The results showed that,the seedlings＇ emergence rate of T1 was slightly lower than that of control,but the seedlings of T1 possessed significantly longer stem,larger leaf area,more leaves,larger fresh and dry mass of aerial part and higher root-shoot ratio.The seedlings＇ comprehensive growth indexes of T1 were the best,so T1 was the most suitable seedling-raising way for lettuce with substrate-free nutrient solution,while T2,T3,T4 and T5 were not suitable to raise lettuce seedlings under the study conditions.
