捕蝇笼诱捕苦瓜园南瓜实蝇成虫效果研究

Effects of Fly Trap on Trapping Bactrocera tau Adults in Bitter Gourd Garden

在苦瓜园应用捕蝇笼、昆虫物理诱黏剂与瓜实蝇专用食物引诱剂3种方法诱捕南瓜实蝇成虫,并筛选了捕蝇笼使用的诱饵,研究了捕蝇笼控制南瓜实蝇的效果。试验结果表明,1个捕蝇笼在13 d内捕获南瓜实蝇成虫的数量达(437.00±175.78)头,极显著多于妙农家昆虫物理诱黏剂的(47.75±14.10)头和果瑞特瓜实蝇专用食物引诱剂的(36.50±17.37)头;以农夫果园30%混合果蔬汁作为捕蝇笼诱饵诱蝇的效果显著好于美汁源果粒橙和添加0.1%阿维菌素的果粒橙。捕蝇笼防治南瓜实蝇的效果达87.19%,可作为南瓜实蝇的绿色防控方法。

The paper studied the effects of three different methods on trapping Bactrocera tau adults in bitter gourd garden,and the three methods were using fly traps,physical viscous attractant of insect and food attractant for B.tau,and screened out the suitable decoy for fly traps.The results showed that the number of B.tau adults in one fly trap was 437.00±175.78 in 13 days,which was very significantly more than those of Miaonongjia insect physical viscous attractant（47.75±14.10） and Guoruite food attractant for B.tau（36.50±17.37）.Using Farmer Garden 30% fruit-vegetable mixed juice as decoy,the inducing effect of fly trap on trapping B.tau adults was significantly better than those of fly traps which used Meizhiyuan fruit pulpy orange and Meizhiyuan fruit pulpy orange adding 1% avermectin separately.The efficiency of fly trap on controlling B.tau adults was 87.19%,and fly trap could be used as a green control method against B.tau.
