本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法,针对当前高校健美操教学方法,收集、查阅收录在中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)有关高校健美操优化教学方法研究的期刊.总结高校健美操教学方法的科研成果,分析存在问题,提出针对性的意见和建议,旨在为今后高校健美操教学提供有益的参考.

This article use the literature material method, contrast analysis method and in view of the current college aerobics teaching methods and collect, consult included in the research paper of China Journal full-text database （CNKI） about College aerobics teaching methods to summarize the aerobics teaching method of the scientific research achievements and analysis its existed problems,after that,puts forward pertinent opinions and suggestions, in order to offer the beneficial reference to the gymnastics teaching in the future.
