摘要
本文采用跟踪访谈法、问卷调查法、文献资料法等研究方法,对泉州市的威龙、中港城、舒华、阳光、凤舞门、金仕堡、蓝星盾、海峡体育馆等8所大中小型健身俱乐部的健身教练进行调查与分析.结论是:目前健身教练工作态度存在问题,健身教练在授课时情绪状态的好坏对学员学习态度和健身效果起到直接的影响作用.作者通过调查分析,提出了若干条改进的策略与建议,为健身教练更好地达到理想教学效果提供理论依据.
This paper, by adopting methods of interviewing, questionnaire survey and documentary research, is to investigate and analysis instructors' teaching from eight fitness clubs of different scales: Weilong, Zhong Gang City, Shuhua, Sunshine, Fengwumen, Kingsport, L.X.D and Fujian Straits. And a conclusion can be reached that instructors have problems with their working attitudes. How good or bad an instructor's emotion is directly influents students' learning attitude and the fitness results. Through the investigation and analysis, the author puts forward several strategies and suggestions for improvement and provides theoretical ground to better instructors' ideal teaching effects.
