“后示范时期”高职院校教师人文素质培养探析

摘要 高职教育进入"后示范时期",也面临着因人文教育缺失带来的师生人文素质偏低等问题。针对这一状况,高职院校应通过建立政策和制度,更新教育观念,改进教学方法等措施促进学生人文知识的学习,进而推动高职教育的整体发展。 The higher vocational education steps into the post - model era in which due to the deficiency of liberal education results in problems as the humanistic quality of teachers and students lower - owned. Aiming at such problems, this paper puts forward some means for the students in vocational colleges to improve their study in humanistic knowledge so as to promote the development of whole vo- cational education.
