摘要
对广西中小学音乐教师的舞蹈能力现状进行分析,指出当前高师音乐专业舞蹈教育要面向中小学教师岗位需求进行规划和设计,有针对性地对未来的中小学音乐教师进行舞蹈五项技能"跳、教、编、演、赏"的训练,使人才与岗位搭建起人职匹配的共通平台。
Having analyzed the music teacher' s dancing ability of compulsory education in Guangxi, this paper points out that the dance education of music major in teacher' s college should be planned and designed for the post needs in compulsory education, aiming at the training of five dance skills : jump, teaching, editing, acting, enjoying.
