HPLC法测定复方氨基酸注射液(18AA-Ⅳ)中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量

Determination of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in compound amino acid injection(18AA-Ⅳ) by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定复方氨基酸注射液(18AA-Ⅳ)中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量。方法:采用Phenomenex PRODIGY ODS(3)C18100A分析柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以磷酸盐缓冲液-甲醇(95∶5)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长284 nm,柱温40℃。结果:本方法的线性范围为0.029 9～23.912μg/ml(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为99.10%,RSD为1.08%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便,专属性强,结果准确可靠,适用于复方氨基酸注射液(18AA-Ⅳ)中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量测定。

Objective ： A HPLC method was developed to the determination of 5 - hydroxymethylfurfural in compound amino acid injection （ 18AA - Ⅳ）. Methods： Phenomenex PRODIGY ODS（3 ） 100A column（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used. The mo- bile phase was phosphate buffer - methanol （95： 5 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and the detection wavelength was 284 nm. Re- suits ： The method was proved linear in the range of 0.029 89 - 23. 912 μg/ml （ r = 0.999 3 ）. The average recovery of the method was 99.10% and RSD 1.08% （n = 9 ）. Conclusion： This method is proved to be simple and rapid, accurate and issuitable for de- termination of 5 - hydroxymethylfuffural in compound amino acid injection （ 18AA - Ⅳ ） .
