应用FACT-L量表评价复方苦参注射液用于老年非小细胞肺癌患者的临床疗效

Evaluate on effect of matrine injection on QOL of elder patients with non-small cell lung cancer by FACT-L of QOL

目的:采用FACT-L量表评价复方苦参注射液对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生存质量的影响。方法:68例老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为复方苦参注射液观察组(35例)和对照组(33例),两组均予吉西他滨单药方案化疗4个周期,每28日为l周期。观察组每个化疗周期第1日同时开始应用复方苦参注射液1周。结果:观察组治疗4个周期后,日常活动、情绪、活动能力及其他因素(肺癌附加关注)的评分比治疗前及对照组显著增加(P<0.05)。而对照组只有日常活动、情绪及其他因素(肺癌附加关注)的评分均较治疗前增加(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液可改善老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生存质量,降低化疗药物的不良反应。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of matrine injection on quality of life （QOL） of elder patients with non - small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） using functional assessment of cancer therapy- lung （FACT- L）of QOL. Methods： 68 elder patients with advance non - small cell lung cancer are randomly divided into observation group and comparison group. The patients of observa- tion group are treated by both intravenous injection using the matrine injection（ from 1 day to 7day of once - per - chemotherapy cy- cle） and chemotherapy, while tile other comparison group are only treated by chemotherapy without using the matrine. The two groups will proceed the GEM chemotherapy at the same time for 4 periods of treatment in total （ 1 period per 28 days ）. Results ： Af- ter 4 periods of treatment, the mean score, for daily activity, emotion, activity ability and lung cancer additional rnodales of the pa- tients of the observation group, increases significantly than that before the treatment and the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The mean score of control group , daily activity, emotion and lung cancer additional modales increases than that before the treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The matrine injection can improve the quality of life of the elder patients with eider advanced non - small cell lung cancer and reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy.
