饲粮高剂量铜添加水平对育成前期水貂生长发育及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了探讨饲粮铜添加水平对育成前期水貂生长发育及血液生化指标的影响。试验以蛋氨酸螯合铜为铜源,在7组(每组10只)86日龄雄性美国短毛黑水貂基础饲粮(含铜26.68mg/kg)中添加不同水平的铜(0、210、220、230、240、250、300mg/kg)组成水貂饲粮,进行60天的饲养试验和消化代谢试验,通过对平均日增重(Average Daily Gain,ADG)、料重比(Feed/Gain,F/G)、脂肪消化率(Fat Digestibility,FD)、氮消化率(Nitrogen Digestibility,ND)、净蛋白质利用率(Net Protein Utilization,NPU)、氮生物学价值(Biological Value of Protein,BV)和血清碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline Phosphate,AKP)、碱性磷酸酶(AlkalinePhosphatase,ALP)、铜蓝蛋白(Ceruloplasmin,CER)、谷丙转氨酶(Alanine Aminotransferase,ALT)、Cu-Zu-SOD指标的测定分析。结果表明:当基础饲粮中铜添加量为210~240mg/kg时,平均日增重和血液生化指标呈升高趋势,在240mg/kg时,体增重最快,平均日增重最高为17.50g/d(P<0.05),超过240mg/kg时,平均日增重和血液生化指标呈降低趋势。以蛋氨酸螯合铜为铜源,在86~146日龄雄性美国短毛黑水貂基础饲粮(含铜26.68mg/kg)中铜的添加量为210~240mg/kg,可明显促进水貂的生长发育和血清酶活性,以240mg/kg时,体增重和平均日增重最高(P<0.05);超过240mg/kg可明显抑制水貂的生长发育和血清酶活性。 Effects on growth and serum biochemical parameters of early breeding mink when feed on different levels of copper were studied in this experiment. Met-Cu was copper source, 7 groups male minks of 86 days old (each group had 10 male minks) supplemented with different levels of copper (0, 210, 220, 230, 240, 250, 300 mg/kg) for 60 days for feeding and digestion metabolism experiment. ADG, F/G, FD, ND, NUP, BV TP, CER, ALT and Cu-Zu-SOD in serum were determined and analyzed when fed on 210-240 mg/kg copper, ADG and serum biochemical parameters of mink were increased, when fed on 250-300 mg/kg copper, ADG and serum biochemical parameters of mink were decreased. When fed with 240 mg/kg copper, ADG gained up to 17.50 g/d (P〈0.05). When added Met-Cu into breeding mink, the addition of copper level reaching 210- 240 mg/kg could promoted growth and serum enzyme activity (Basal diets contained 26.68 mg/kg Cu) obviously; More than 240 mg/kg may significantly inhibited growth and serum enzvme activitv .When added to240 mg/kg, body weight and ADG were the highest.
