介绍了益阳发电公司600MW锅炉引风机与脱硫增压风机二合一技术改造方案与改造情况。在充分论证的前题下,取消原脱硫增压风机、用烟道联接;拆除原引风机,用高压头动叶可调引风机代替,同时对其配套电机进行增容改造。改造后厂用电下降0.28%,节能明显,系统运行安全可靠、维护方便,节能、增效。

Introduced the Yiyang Power Generation Co. Ltd,600MW boiler drawing fan and the desulphurizing fan carry on the two-in-one technological transformation plan and the transformations situation.In under the abundant proof premise,cancels the original desulphurizing fan,joins with the flue;Demolishes the original drawing fan,replaces with the high-pressure axil flow drawing fan, simultaneously carries on the increase transformation to its necessary motor.After the transformation the power plant uses electricity drops 0.28% ,the energy saving is obvious,the system movement safe reliable,the maintenance is convenient, the energy saving, the efficiency.
