摘要
2010～2011年省网开关类典型缺陷主要集中在GIS设备漏气、吸附剂罩破损、内部局部放电;断路器灭弧室导向套偏差以及回路电阻超标等方面。其中,GIS设备漏气和吸附剂罩破损、灭弧室导向套偏差等具有家族性缺陷特征,涉及省网十几座220kV变电站,严重影响设备及变电站的安全运行。通过缺陷的排查,及时消除了设备隐患、保障了设备安全可靠运行,为开关设备的运行维护积累了经验。
In 2010～2011,the typical defects of the switches in Henan Electric Grid are mainly demonstrated SF6 gas leaking in GIS, adsorbing agent cover damage and partial discharge in GIS; the defect of guide bushing and loop resistance in the circuit breakers, and so on. In particularly,the familial defective of SF6 gas leaking in GIS, adsorbing agent cover damage and defect of guide bushing, which have been found in several 220kV substations in Henan Electric Grid, have severely affected the safety operation of the GIS and the substations. Through defect examinations, this has promptly eliminated the great hazard in continuing the use of the GIS, and ensured the safe running of the equipments; overall, this has steadily helped us gain much experience in daily operation and maintenance of the switchgear.
