摘要
目的:了解包头市农区妇女产褥期营养知识与卫生知识知晓情况。方法:采用整群抽样方法,选取土右旗491例分娩后12个月内的产妇,根据调查目的制定统一的调查表,由经过培训的调查员进行面对面的问卷调查。结果:包头市土右旗产褥期妇女对牛奶补钙最佳、新鲜水果蔬莱补充维生素C、鸡肉的营养价值比鸡汤高等营养知识知晓率较高,分别为88.8%、87.4%和71.9%;但对补充矿物质的营养知识知晓率很低,在38.7%~27.6%之间。结论:包头市土右旗妇女对于产褥期相关的营养卫生知识知晓率较低。
Objective: To investigate the knowing condition of puerperium knowledge of nutrition and health in Baotou rural women.. Methods: Using cluster sampling method, 491 cases within 12 months after delivery of maternal were selected in Tuyouqi digtr/et~ of Baotou. A face to face questionnaire survey was carried out by trained investigators according to a unified question- naire. Results : The knowing rates of nutrition knowledge on best calcium in milk, vitamin C in fresh fruits and vegetables, higher nutritional value in chicken, not in chicken soup were high, and the rates were 88.8 %, 87.4 % and 71.9 % respectively. But the awareness of adding mineral was very low, the knowing rate was between 38.7 % and 27.6 %. Conclusion: The knowing rate of puerperium knowledge of nutrition and health is low in Baotou Tuyouqi women.
