急性胰腺炎患者血清中血脂与炎症因子的表达变化

Expression of Blood Lipids and Inflammatory Factors in Acute Pancreatitis

目的:探讨急性胰腺炎发生发展中血脂与炎症因子的表达变化。方法:分别收集40例重症胰腺炎患者、60例轻型胰腺炎患者和100例正常体检人员的血清样本,用奥林巴斯2700全自动生化仪测定血清中的血脂含量,并用ELISA测定血清中炎症因子的水平。结果:与正常对照相比,轻症、重症胰腺炎患者血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、IL-6水平明显增高,IL-4表达降低,差异均具有统计学意义;与轻症胰腺炎患者相比,重症胰腺炎患者血清TG和HDL-C水平增高,IL-6水平降低,差异也具有统计学意义。结论:血脂增高是急性胰腺炎的早期表现之一,IL-6可作为急性胰腺炎早期诊断的指标。

Objective： To investigate the changes in the expression of blood lipids and inflammatory factors in the develop- ment of acute pancreatitis. Methods： Lipid content and inflammatory factor level in the serum samples from 40 cases of severe a- cute pancreatitis, 60 cases of mild acute pancreatitis and 100 cases for routine physical check -up （the control group） were de- termined with the Olympus 2700 automatic biochemical analyzer and ELISA kits. Results： Compared with those in the control group, serum TC, TG, HDL - C, LDL - C, IL - 6 in severe acute pancreatitis patients were significantly increased, with a de- crease in the expression of IL - 4 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with those in mild pancreatitis patients, serum TG and HDL - C, were significantly increased （ P 〈 0.05 ） in severe acute pancreatitis patients, with a decrease in IL - 6 level （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion ： Increase in blood lipid of acute pancreatitis patients is one of the early symptoms for acute pancreatitis and. IL - 6 can be used as a diagnostic indicator for early acute pancreatitis.
