行为测听对儿童OSAHS听阈的观察

Observation of the Effect of Obstructive Sleep Apnea-hyponea Syndrome on the Auditory Threshold at Various Frequency in Children

摘要 目的:观察儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)对纯音听阈各频率反应阈值的影响。方法:选择经多通道睡眠监测(polysom nography,PSG)诊断为OSAHS的36例患儿作为测试组,20例性别、年龄相匹配的正常儿童作为对照组,均予行为测听测试并数据分析。结果:36例(72耳)OSAHS患儿中正常听阈28耳,轻度聋36耳,均为传导性聋;中度聋8耳,其中混合性聋4耳,感音神经性聋4耳。将OSAHS组各频率阈值与对照组对比行t检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中耳功能障碍及耳蜗、听神经功能损伤易发生于儿童OSAHS患者中,应引起临床工作者的重视。 Objective: To investigate the effect of obstructive sleep apnea- hyponea syndrome (OSAHS) in children on the auditory threshold at various frequency. Methods: 36 child patients with OSAHS diagnosed by polysom nography (PSG) were taken as the test group and 20 normal children were taken as the controls. The datas were analysed from the two groups by SPSS 13.0 statistic software. Results: In the test group, there were 28 ears with normal threshold of pure tone, 36 ears with mild deaf- ness (conductive deafness) and 8 eras with moderate deafness (4 ears with mixed deafness and 4 ears with sensofineural deaf- ness). By T test, significant difference was found in the threshold of each pure tone frequency between OSAHS group and the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: middle ear dysfunction was found frequently occurring in pediatric OSAHS and the coch- lea and acoustic nerve function is easily damaged as well. OSAHS should attract the attention of clinical workers.
