摘要
本文按照评定测量不确定度的方法与步骤,针对数字式绝缘电阻表的检定项目,给出了数字式绝缘电阻表测量不确定分析中数学模型建立方法,分析了检定数字式绝缘表的影响量,形成一套完整的电子式绝缘表测量不确定度分析方案。
This paper mainly according to the uncertainty of measurement methods and steps, studies on the testing programs of digital insulation resistance meter,and offers us a mathematical model building method in the measurement uncertainty analysis of digital insulation resistance meter.Analysis of testing insulation sheet the influence quantity,and finally forms a complete set of measurement uncertainty analysis program of electronic insulating resistance meters.
