摘要
针对某600MW机组控制系统电源中断信号误发,造成连续两次MFT的案例,通过对ABB IndustrialIT Symphony分散控制系统性能的了解、控制柜电源中断信号设计原则的分析及产生原理的研究,对电源中断信号进行了设计优化。优化后,分散控制系统运行稳定,未再发生同类故障,大大提高了机组的安全稳定性能。该事件的故障分析过程及优化处理措施对于使用同型号分散控制系统的机组具有较高的参考价值。
Based on two continuous MFT accidents due to incorrect generating of control system power failure interrupt (PFI) signal in a 600MW unit,this paper offers a design optimization in PFI signal through comprehension in ABB IndustrialIT Symphony DCS properties,analysis in design principles of PFI signal and research on its generating theory. DCS has performed steadily without any similar failures since optimization implemented which significantly enhances the unit's security and stability. Failure analysis process and optimization measures possess comparatively high reference values for units adopting the same type DCS.
