摘要
在循环水补充水处理过程中,广泛采用石灰乳作为主要添加剂,形成的泥浆经浓缩产生的废渣经脱水后废弃,易造成环境污染,且对脱水设备可靠性有较高要求。针对此问题提出了将石灰处理废渣作为脱硫剂应用于脱硫系统,分析了废渣应用机理,探讨了废渣应用过程对脱硫系统存在的影响及解决方案,同时对应用前后经济环境效益进行了分析对比,得出了应用结论。
In the process of treatment of circulating supplement water,lime cream was used widely as the main additive. The produced slurry is concentrated,and then dehydrated. When we using this method,the waste-sludge in process is easy to cause environmental pollution and higher reliability of dehydrated equipment is required. To solve this problem,we used lime treatment waste-sludge as the desulfurization agent in desulfurization system,discussed the influence and solution of waste-sludge on desulfurization system. By analyzing the mechanism of waste residue application,we compared the economic and environmental benefit after waste residue application with before,and obtained the conclusion.
