除草剂对生姜腐霉茎基腐病菌的抑制作用研究

摘要 采用菌丝生长速率法,对2种生姜腐霉茎基腐病菌Pythium aphanidermatum和Pythium myriotylum进行了9种除草剂的室内筛选。结果表明:供试除草剂对2种病原菌菌丝生长的抑制作用存在明显差异,5%精喹禾灵的抑菌效果最好,EC50分别为6.3816μg/mL和4.5091μg/mL。33%二甲戊灵的抑菌效果较差,EC50分别为255.5604μg/mL和105.0190μg/mL。供试2个菌株对除草剂的敏感性也存在较大的差异。 The inhibition effect of nine herbicides on Pythium aphanidermatum and Pythium myriotylum causing ginger rhizome rot was determined by using mycelial growing rate method in door. The results showed that there was obvious difference in inhibition effect on mycelial growth of Pythium aphanidermatum and Pythium myriotylum. Among nine tested herbicides, the inhibition of quizalof op-p_ethyl was the best; ECso was 6.3816 p,g/mL and 4.5091 μg/mL respectively. The inhibition of Pendimethalin was weaker, with EC50 255.5604 μg/mL and 105.0190 μg/mL respectively. The sensitivity of two strains to herbicide was different.
